Job Summary
This role involves delivering hands-on care to patients in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment, working under the direct guidance of registered nurses. The position emphasizes effective communication with healthcare team members, patients, and their families while upholding a strong standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting as per the directives of registered nurses.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the healthcare team, patients, and visitors.
- Ensure adherence to professional integrity and standards while performing job duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of experience as a Clinical Technician, or successful completion of an acute care rotation.
- Candidates must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
