Job Summary
The Community Liaison acts as the key relationship manager for the organization, fostering connections with diverse healthcare referral sources to promote expansion. This role entails educating patients, families, and community partners about services and program criteria to ensure seamless transitions in post-acute care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or graduation from an accredited nursing, therapy, or social work program.
- At least two years of experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or sales.
- A valid driver’s license is essential for this position.
