Job Summary
The Clinical Technician plays a vital role in delivering patient care while working under the guidance of registered nurses. This position involves not only direct patient support but also ensuring seamless communication among the healthcare team, patients, and their visitors.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing direct patient care as instructed by registered nursing staff.
- Facilitate effective communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors.
- Support daily clinical operations to enhance patient care experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Clinical Technician or completion of an acute care clinical rotation is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary; candidates must obtain this certification within 90 days of employment.
