**Job Title: Clinician Charge Nurse**
The Clinician Charge Nurse is responsible for organizing, overseeing, and guiding the daily operations of the unit while supervising the nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. This role encompasses acting as a seasoned clinician and leader, providing mentorship to team members, managing resources effectively, and ensuring clear communication between physicians and administrative staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and have a minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience, which must include at least 2 years in the relevant specialty area. A valid and unencumbered Georgia Registered Nursing license, along with BLS certification, is mandatory.
