TMS Technician – Outpatient Psychiatry

The TMS Technician plays a crucial role in the independent delivery of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment sessions. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the technician handles various administrative tasks such as electronic health record management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining equipment in line with established clinical protocols. To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, prior experience with TMS, and either current or future eligibility for TMS certification. Furthermore, a BLS/CPR certification is mandatory, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
