Job description
The Clothing Department Lead plays a crucial role in managing the everyday functions of the department, which encompasses merchandising, inventory oversight, and maintaining display standards. This position also involves leading team members, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring outstanding customer service, alongside upholding store security and cleanliness. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail, along with a solid understanding of POS systems and the Eagle Browser. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successfully guiding team members and providing assistance to customers.
