Job description
The Senior Manager, FP&A is responsible for spearheading the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting initiatives, collaborating closely with functional leaders to deliver insightful financial analyses. This role also encompasses the administration of Adaptive Planning and plays a critical part in ensuring commercial launch readiness through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline and have 6-8+ years of increasingly responsible experience in FP&A or accounting, ideally within the biopharmaceutical sector. Expertise in financial modeling and Adaptive Planning, along with experience in a SOX-compliant public company environment, is essential.
