**Wellness & Rehab Specialist**
The Wellness & Rehab Specialist is responsible for creating and executing integrated wellness and rehabilitation initiatives aimed at enhancing resident autonomy and overall quality of life. This role includes offering direct assistance to nursing and life enrichment teams to guarantee exceptional, individualized care throughout the campus. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare-related role within a long-term care or rehabilitation environment. Essential qualifications include excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the capacity to acquire necessary certifications, including CPR and dementia-specific training.
