**Service Supervisor**
The Service Supervisor is responsible for guiding a team of technicians to deliver top-notch and efficient vehicle maintenance while adhering to rigorous safety protocols. This role involves overseeing shop operations, managing inventory, and fostering staff development to achieve both production and quality objectives. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 3 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented setting. Candidates must be proficient in office software and hold a valid driver’s license, as well as be willing to work a flexible schedule.
