Job description
The Club Manager is responsible for the overall management of daily activities within the club. This includes supervising staff, maintaining the facility, and ensuring an outstanding experience for members. The individual will drive key performance indicators, oversee hiring and scheduling processes, and address any concerns raised by members or employees. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, along with 2-3 years in a supervisory role. The position requires a commitment of more than 40 hours per week and a readiness to obtain CPR/AED certification.
