The Member Services Representative plays a key role in welcoming members, providing facility tours, and overseeing front desk functions. This position also involves assisting with member account modifications, encouraging the sale of memberships and products, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and be a minimum of 18 years old. Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred, as well as foundational computer skills and certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid.
