Job description
**Job Title: CMM Inspector Technician**
The CMM Inspector Technician is tasked with the inspection of machined castings and components utilizing Zeiss CMMs and Calypso software, while adhering to GD&T standards. This role includes conducting a variety of inspections, evaluating SPC data, and ensuring the calibration of CMM equipment and the organization of the lab are maintained. Ideal candidates should have an associate degree or relevant trade school training in quality or metrology, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in programming and operating Zeiss CMMs. Proficiency in reading blueprints, a strong understanding of advanced GD&T concepts, and the capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs are essential.
