Controls Electrician

Responsibilities of the Controls Electrician:

• Evaluate plant operations and create strategies for enhancements.
• Identify and resolve hardware and procedural issues.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Interpret, modify, and preserve electrical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations groups to enhance equipment reliability and availability.
• Diagnose and rectify intricate electrical problems in industrial machinery.

Requirements for the Controls Electrician:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Electrical Systems: including AC/DC systems, transformers, generators, motor controls, and circuit breakers.
• Experience with industrial automation and production machinery.
• Skilled in reading blueprints: capable of interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
