**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living activities, which encompass assistance with grooming, dressing, mobility, and dining. In addition to these responsibilities, CNAs deliver non-skilled medical care, oversee residents’ health conditions, and react swiftly to emergencies. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid CNA certification recognized by the North Carolina Department of Facility Services. A high school diploma or GED is essential, along with a preference for candidates who have at least six months of relevant experience.
