Job description
**Hospital Liaison**
The Hospital Liaison acts as a knowledgeable point of contact for hospital clients, facilitating the discharge process for patients in need of durable medical equipment. Key responsibilities of this role include participating in discharge meetings, providing equipment directly to patient rooms, and instructing families on the proper usage and upkeep of the equipment. A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position, with preference given to those holding an associate’s degree. Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of experience in a customer service role within healthcare, medical, insurance, or durable medical equipment (DME) sectors.
