Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver individualized personal care, companionship, and everyday living assistance to clients within their home environments. This entails supporting clients in a variety of daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one personal care to clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with mobility needs.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Remind clients to take their medications on schedule.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Current auto insurance is necessary.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
