**Lead CNA Caregiver**
In this role, the Lead CNA Caregiver delivers essential personal support to clients, which encompasses tasks such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. They play a critical role in aiding the transition of new clients and filling in for scheduling vacancies. This position also involves monitoring and reporting any changes in client health and providing mentorship to fellow caregivers to uphold the standard of high-quality, continuous care. Candidates are required to possess an active CNA license, a current driver’s license, and a dependable vehicle that is adequately insured. The position necessitates traveling within a 50-mile radius and maintaining availability for weekday shifts as well as two weekends each month.
