Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team during the evening shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in resident care planning and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Must be a certified nursing assistant with a current CNA license.
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from nursing staff.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and resident care practices.
