Assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in various environments, including community outings, home settings, and group activities. Ensure accurate documentation is maintained and adhere to personalized care plans that facilitate daily tasks and objectives. Applicants must pass all necessary background checks and registry screenings mandated by the State of Illinois. A valid driver’s license and up-to-date automobile insurance are essential for providing transportation for individuals.
