They are responsible for performing machine maintenance, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining an organized workspace. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls. The role requires the ability to read production drawings, use measuring tools, and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
