Job Summary
The CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. This role is vital in producing machined parts to precise specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
