Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will engage in autonomous troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment directly in the field. They will also play a vital role in mentoring both Service Technicians and Apprentices, fostering skill development within the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostics and repairs on various equipment in an independent capacity.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices to enhance their skill sets.
- Utilize specialized tools effectively for performing repairs and maintenance.
- Work with a variety of equipment including off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in repairs and maintenance of specialized equipment.
- Demonstrated capability in operating different types of machinery relevant to the role.
