**Job Title: Patient Results Agent**
The Patient Results Agent plays a crucial role in acquiring and delivering patient results to the requesting physician offices. This position requires a commitment to exceptional service as the agent interacts with callers, addressing their needs while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or call center setting. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is mandatory, and familiarity with medical terminology is desirable.
