The Co-Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, inspire and develop the team, and uphold the standards of the Starbucks brand. This role focuses on providing an outstanding guest experience while effectively managing inventory, labor, and cost efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have experience in restaurant or retail management, with a preference for those having a background in Starbucks leadership. Strong communication skills are essential, and applicants must be able to secure an airport security badge.
