Job description
The Certified Relationship Banker is the key liaison for clients at the branch, overseeing the processes of account setup, ongoing maintenance, and addressing any issues that may arise. Additionally, they are tasked with recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and executing operational responsibilities like balancing the vault and verifying cash. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with excellent customer service and communication abilities. Familiarity with office technology is essential, as is the flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
