The Director of Finance acts as a strategic consultant, managing daily financial activities, creating budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves establishing financial systems, delivering clear insights to the leadership team, and assisting with fundraising and facility management initiatives. Applicants should possess a minimum of four years of experience in accounting and financial management, demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory, whereas an MBA, CPA, or CMA designation is highly desirable.
