The Co-Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the daily operations of the restaurant, which encompasses staff management, cash handling, and guest engagement. This position requires ensuring compliance with established operating protocols while tracking labor, sales, and food expenditures to enhance overall performance. Ideal candidates will possess one to two years of supervisory experience in the food service sector and demonstrate excellent leadership abilities. A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary, as well as the willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
