This role requires a commitment to precision in documentation and a compassionate approach to resolving customer inquiries. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of experience in patient access or the revenue cycle within the healthcare sector. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree can fulfill the experience requirement.
