Job description
The specialist will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with domestic third-party logistics (3PL) partners, while also overseeing their performance and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves negotiating pricing, managing fluctuations in volume, and working closely with internal teams to optimize fulfillment processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in fulfillment operations or 3PL warehouse management. Proficiency in Excel and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential, with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
