The Collector I is responsible for managing collection efforts on delinquent loans and credit cards while educating members on maintaining good credit. They handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, perform skip tracing, and negotiate payment solutions to resolve account delinquencies. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in consumer collections, lending, or financial customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with knowledge of federal and state collection regulations.
