**Collision Concierge**
The Collision Concierge is responsible for welcoming customers and exploring their repair needs, while documenting all relevant information. This role involves managing the repair workflow in partnership with the collision center. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties, processing financial transactions, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, showcasing their talent for delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, and previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous.
