The analyst is responsible for overseeing and implementing the centralized training program for the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and medication management protocols. This role includes performing quality evaluations, overseeing training documentation, and executing audits for diversion detection to maintain operational standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in program or project oversight and evaluation, with the possibility of substituting a bachelor’s degree for two years of the required experience. Essential qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
