Job Summary
The Commercial Banking Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Division Head and commercial banking officers by overseeing client relationships and managing the documentation for loans and deposits. This position is also tasked with providing treasury management assistance, keeping track of client activities, and arranging division-related events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate loan and deposit documentation processes effectively.
- Facilitate treasury management support for clients.
- Monitor client activity to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.
- Organize and execute events relevant to the division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial banking or a related financial services field.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents and client handling.
- Proficient in financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
