Job Summary
The Commercial Banking Officer is tasked with the development and oversight of a commercial loan portfolio, with a focus on uncovering new business prospects to foster growth. This role involves executing credit analyses, structuring various loan transactions, and nurturing robust relationships with clients from small to mid-sized enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance growth.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analyses to assess risk levels.
- Structure loan transactions to meet client needs effectively.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with small to mid-sized business clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related area.
- At least 5 years of experience in the realms of commercial banking or lending.
- Proven expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment.
