Job description
**Service Technician**
The Service Technician plays a key role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a range of commercial doors and hardware, while adhering to safety regulations. A strong emphasis on customer service is essential, along with the documentation of service visits and efficient troubleshooting of technical problems. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, and demonstrate proficiency in using hand and power tools. This position demands physical endurance, as the technician must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating ladders, and working in different physical positions.
