Job description
**Job Title:** Commercial HVAC/R Service Manager
Take charge and cultivate a high-achieving team of commercial HVAC/R technicians, focusing on enhancing revenue and operational effectiveness. Oversee the department’s profit and loss, budget allocations, and client relationships to maintain profitability and deliver outstanding service in the long run. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the service sector. Ideal candidates will demonstrate robust business insight, effective team-building capabilities, and experience in managing financial performance and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
