Job description
The position of Commercial Loan Servicing Support Specialist involves the onboarding of commercial loans, handling requests for changes in terms, and executing regular loan maintenance tasks. This role requires the individual to verify the accuracy of loan documents, oversee the tracking of collateral, and assist with inquiries from both internal teams and external customers. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, along with the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least one year of experience in lending or banking.
