Job description
The role of the Commercial Loan Underwriting Officer involves evaluating commercial loan applications in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while supporting loan officers in credit assessment. This position also entails cultivating customer relationships, analyzing financial information, and safeguarding the bank’s collateral interests. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in lending and financial analysis. Essential skills include expertise in commercial loan origination, documentation processes, and adherence to regulatory compliance, as well as holding an NMLS registration.
