**Job Title: Software Support and Consulting Specialist**
In this role, you will deliver exceptional support and consulting services to clients engaged in commercial mortgage loan servicing. Your responsibilities will include conducting product training sessions, leading webinars, and contributing to the quality assurance testing of FICS software. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing field, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of its processes. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a willingness to travel when necessary are essential for success in this position.
