**Research Product Manager**
The Research Product Manager is responsible for collaboratively developing model capabilities by pinpointing gaps, conducting headroom analyses, and designing assessments. This role entails overseeing the complete life cycle of research projects, from initial scoping to regular data releases and integration of partner feedback. Ideal candidates will possess 0 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or technical product management, coupled with strong proficiency in Python. Familiarity with LLM evaluations, benchmarks, and the capability to execute technical projects in an early-stage setting is essential.
