The attorney will oversee intricate commercial real estate issues, encompassing leasing agreements, purchase-and-sale transactions, and real estate financing from the Letter of Intent to the closing phase. This position also includes the responsibility of guiding junior attorneys and establishing strong relationships with a varied clientele. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice in Texas, with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, writing, and communication abilities are essential, as well as the capability to work autonomously.
