Job Summary
The Commodities & Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in overseeing the reconciliation of milk receipts, supporting producer payroll activities, and ensuring accurate USDA commodity reporting. This position also involves managing shipping logistics, updating inventory spreadsheets, and facilitating month-end accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the reconciliation of milk receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support for producer payroll processing.
- Compile and report USDA commodity data.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping operations.
- Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets regularly.
- Assist with month-end accounting tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated attention to detail in previous roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with business systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in dairy, food manufacturing, logistics, or accounting is preferred.
