Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician at InnoServ located in Champaign, Illinois, you will be primarily responsible for performing installation, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of various equipment. This role will require hands-on experience with equipment repair or a comparable level of training and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment at client locations to meet operational needs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance equipment longevity.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management and provide updates on service progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in equipment repair or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- A letter of support from previous management may be requested for selected candidates.
