The Community Director is responsible for managing daily operations, financial performance, and staff development at the Affinity at Monterrey Village property. They will also focus on building strong relationships with residents and prospects to maintain high occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate should have prior multifamily property management experience and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in financial management, property management software, and excellent communication skills are required.
