**Community Engagement Lead**
The Community Engagement Lead is responsible for crafting and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing CenterWell’s presence and collaborations within The Villages. This role also involves acting as a local representative to aid in physician recruitment and facilitate the integration of new providers into the community. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in community engagement, healthcare outreach, or business development. A well-developed professional network and a recognized presence in The Villages community are essential.
