Job Summary
The Community Liaison is tasked with fostering partnerships with local organizations and engaging in direct outreach efforts to enroll community members in health and wellness programs. This role is vital for upholding the company’s brand, managing referral sources, and ensuring that accurate records of community engagements are kept up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Forge strong relationships with local organizations to enhance community partnerships.
- Execute door-to-door outreach initiatives to encourage enrollment in health and wellness services.
- Act as a representative of the company’s brand in all community interactions.
- Manage and optimize referral channels to maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Maintain precise records of community engagements and interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Access to reliable transportation for daily travel throughout Northern New Jersey.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse community members.
- A proactive, ‘hunter’ mentality suited for building and nurturing partnerships.
- Familiarity with the local community and its needs.
