Job Summary
The Community Liaison is tasked with establishing collaborations with local organizations and senior centers to increase service enrollments via direct outreach efforts. Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with local organizations and senior centers.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote service enrollments.
- Plan and oversee community engagement activities.
- Manage and optimize referral channels to enhance outreach efforts.
- Accurately maintain records of community interactions and engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with the Essex County community.
- Reliable transportation for daily travel requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Exhibit self-motivation and resilience in a professional environment.
