The Community Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, which includes supervising staff, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to tax credit regulations. This role also encompasses marketing initiatives, enhancing resident retention, and upholding excellent occupancy and collection metrics. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in multi-family housing or a related field and should hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CAM, ARM, HCCP, or COS, as well as a valid driver’s license.
