Job description
The Complex Sales Manager plays a key role in attracting, negotiating, and securing both new and repeat business to achieve or surpass hotel revenue targets. This position is also tasked with overseeing communication initiatives, managing contractual agreements, and working closely with various hotel departments to maintain high standards of service and ensure client satisfaction. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office and property management software. Excellent communication abilities and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are essential for this role.
