**Store Supervisor**
The Store Supervisor plays a pivotal role in guiding the team by mentoring fellow employees, assisting with daily tasks, and enhancing sales performance. They are tasked with evaluating market trends, overseeing merchandise presentation standards, and maintaining adherence to loss prevention protocols. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have a minimum of one year of experience in retail. This position necessitates the ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, as well as the physical strength to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
